ShesConnected Adult Essentials Brand Ambassador Update

It's been a little over a month since I started taking Adult Essentials vitamins. Any other time in my life when I have starting taking vitamins, I have always given up by now. I have so much trouble swallowing pills so it just never seems worth the daily struggle to get them now. Not so with Adult Essentials. I look forward to having my gummy "treat" each morning. I love that I am following through with this step to help improve my health. I try to eat well and incorporate exercise into everyday but I'm not perfect with either so Adult Essentials is helping me fill in the gaps.

So far, the big difference I have noticed is my sleep patterns. I used to have trouble getting to sleep so I would usually go to bed with my husband and then get back up after he fell asleep. Some nights I would be up until 2 or 3am and then have to drag myself out of bed in the morning to get the kids ready for school. The past few weeks, I go to bed with my husband and usually fall asleep before he does. It's not that I'm overly tired, I just drift off much easier than before. This has had a huge impact on my morning routine. Instead of hitting the snooze button two or three times, I get up when the alarm goes off and I feel rested! This obviously makes our mornings much more pleasant.
